Today I turned 17 years old but I am not happy. It is the year 67 A.D. Today was also the day that my uncle and aunt's family was discovered and persecuted for being Christians. A friend of ours ran to our insula and told us the news. Another family has been betrayed by someone they thought was their friend...

  1. I accept your offer of friendship. Based on your post on my blog, it makes sense to me that, since we are both Christians living at the same time, we would have a connection with each other. During this time, I know that many Christians gather privately to worship God on the first day of the week, and therefore you and I will have good connections and much to talk about. I hope to hear from you and others about the current development in the church, as my sources are limited here in prison.

I shall add your picture to my library. Prayers for you and your family.

  2. I know how it feels to be betrayed, I feel like Rome betrayed me too. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." This truly explains what Rome should use as a moral because you should be able to express your belief and so should the rest of your family. And, clearly, you have never offended the law and don't deserve this persecution,
